Dear Patrons,
The safety of our patrons and employees is a priority to Whitefish Bay Public Library (WFBPL). We are working to stay on top of this evolving COVID-19 situation by following guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control, WI Department of Health Services, and the North Shore Health Department.
What ask that you:
- Do not visit the library if you are sick
- Wear a mask while you are in the library per the Library Board approved Renewing Services Plan and the mask mandate of WI
- Wash and sanitize your hands regularly
- Limit your visit to 30 minutes or less (or 1 hour if using a computer)
- Social distance from staff and other library patrons while in the building
What is Whitefish Bay Public Library doing?
- Library cleaning overnight with a contracted cleaning company
- Washing and sanitizing our hands regularly
- Wearing masks
- Continuing curbside service
- Sanitizing high touch points throughout the day, in accordance with recommendations from the North Shore Health Department
- Quarantining returned library materials before checking in a minimum of 24 hours
