Pick-Up Lockers

Receive your library materials 24/7 with a pick-up locker!

How do the pick-up lockers work?
When placing a hold on items, select Whitefish Bay Lockers as your pick-up location. Most items from any Milwaukee County Federated Library System library can be put on hold for pick up at our lockers.

How will I know when my items are ready?
When your items are ready for pick-up, you'll get notified the same way you do when your regular library holds are available - by email or text. You must have a valid email or a text capable phone number on your library account.

How do I retrieve my items from the locker?
When you are ready to retrieve items, stop by the lockers located in the front of the library building. Use the one-time unique QR code or five-digit numeric code to open up your locker. Only you can open the locker, so your items are secure.

You have 72 hours to pick up. You can come anytime during that window to retrieve your stuff and get reading, watching or listening! Please keep in mind that once items are placed in the locker, they are checked out to you.

Items that cannot be requested for pickup in lockers:
Take and Tinker Items
Museum Passes
Board Games
