Milwaukee County residents just need a photo ID and documentation with a current address to sign up for a card. You can begin the process online, but you must come in person to complete your form. You have 90 days to stop by the library and complete your registration. For patrons under the age of 16, the signature of a parent or legal guardian is required. Once you stop by the library, our friendly staff will have you borrowing materials in no time!

Library cards expire every 2 years. When you renew your card, we have the opportunity to ensure we have up-to-date contact information for you. We require that fees be paid in full before the card will be renewed. Fees can be paid online with a credit or debit card at https://countycat.mcfls.org/ or with cash or check at The Whitefish Bay Public Library.
